Isabel:18:Great story. Been following it since you started. Sorry I didn't review much, I've been way lazy lately. A few good points I'd like to bring up. First, I think the story line is very original and interesting. It really grabbed my attention and makes me want to find out what's going to happen next. Also, I didn't leave a review when I read the chapter, but I thought the emotions you described that Buffy was experiencing while living with Spike and his minions in L.A. were very realistic. You could have made it all romantic if you wanted to, but you chose the realistic way and it worked. A human, not to mention Slayer, living the life of a vampire, that has got to be conflicting. Although it was sad, it was probably my favorite chapter. I only have one tiny little negative comment. Negative is the wrong word here, more like.. constructive, I hope. I just think you use a little too much of the original dialogue. Not that there was anything wrong with the original dialogue, but... been there, done that, if you know what I mean ;) I mean that since we've already hear it many times, it kinda takes away from the story. So far, my favorite chapters in the story are the one that have nothing to do with the show. You have a great imagination and I think you could come up with your own dialogues, or change the original ones a little bit to keep things interesting. Although, I do understand the idea behind using the episodes and including them in your story, and I think it's great. But aside from that, I love the fic, it's great, and I'll definitely keep reading.

Buffy's blood should help Spike. I wonder if ANgelus is still going to get to Joyce. Will Angelus still try everything with Acathla? If so what is going to happen with Spike, Dru and Buffy. However, that said, after reading the first part of this chapter with Spike still killing the older man (like he did in the actual episode), I just can't continue to follow the story. I can't condone Buffy being with an unrepentant Spike (no matter how hot the sex is). For me, that isn't the Buffy I love. I hope you will be posting more work because I do like your writing, as I said, but the characterizations and plot in the piece just don't work for me. Good luck with the story!!
